BYOB Hub

FAQs

A typical day at BYOB begins at your booked time, where you’ll be greeted and checked in by our coordinator. Throughout your session, we provide baby care and relaxation therapies to support your recovery, including personalized lactation support and wellness programs designed for your specific needs. Our goal is to promote your well-being and recovery during this important time.

We are currently taking Expressions of Interest via our online forms. Alternatively text via Whatsapp 0431 352 388 or email welcome@byobhub.com.au

If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

Our doors are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. We strive to be flexible to accomodate your needs, so feel free to enquire about our extended hours for your convenience.

All our services are provided on a private basis and are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

When visiting us for the first time, it’s helpful to bring any medical information relevant to your care. For your booked appointments, you may wish to bring along any items you might need for your baby, such as breast milk storage bags, bottles, or nappies, but don’t worry if you don’t have all of them.

Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment to make your visit easy!

Of course! We encourage partners to join to provide support and learn together.

However, to ensure a calm and focused environment for everyone, our sessions are reserved for one booked-in adult and babies. Your partner is welcome to stay for a short while during drop-off or pick-up due to regulations.
